We begin with your Moon sign and house — the most emotionally significant placement in your chart, revealing how you feel, what you need to feel safe, your deepest emotional patterns, and the wounds your inner child carries. This gives us a compassionate, non-judgmental map of your emotional world before we even begin talking.

From there, we follow your truth. You lead. I facilitate. If there are specific emotional wounds you want to address, we go there. If you simply need to be witnessed in what you are carrying, this session holds that too. There is no agenda except your healing.

Is this the same as therapy? Do I need a therapist instead?

This session is a spiritually-informed, emotionally intelligent healing session — not clinical psychotherapy. Many clients find it deeply complementary to therapy, offering a different dimension of understanding through astrology, spiritual awareness, and intuitive insight. If you are dealing with severe trauma, active mental health crisis, or complex PTSD, I would always encourage you to work with a licensed therapist. I will honestly guide you toward whatever support serves your healing best, and I never position this as a replacement for professional mental health care.

What if I get emotional during the session?

You are welcome to. This space is built for exactly that. Tears, grief, anger, fear — all of it is safe here. There is no performance required and no emotion that is "too much." In fact, emotional release is often where the deepest healing happens. You will be met with complete steadiness, warmth, and without any judgment. This is perhaps the safest space you will ever cry in.

How is astrology used in an emotional healing session?

Your Moon sign and house reveal your core emotional needs, your default protective patterns, and the wounds your inner child most likely carries. I work with a trauma-informed approach — meaning I proceed with care, attunement, and always at your pace. You are never pushed. You are always in control of what we explore and how deeply we go. That said, for those with complex or severe trauma, I would recommend also working with a trauma-specialised therapist alongside this work. The two approaches can be beautifully complementary.

Within 48 hours, you will receive your session summary with the key emotional insights, personalised healing practices, and any astrological or ritual guidance that emerged. These practices are designed to be gentle and sustainable — small, consistent acts of self-care that compound over time into profound self-knowledge and inner peace.

Transformation tier clients have a 30-minute follow-up session within 30 days and WhatsApp access for the week following their session — because emotional healing can bring up questions, memories, and feelings that deserve support as they arise. You will not be left to navigate this alone.
